D1.2 Quality and Risk Management Plan
This document sets detailed rules to ensure effective quality assurance and risk management throughout the Horizon 2020 VISION project, showing how quality aspects are taken into account in all processes and activities and how risk is foreseen and managed along with the project duration. The aim of this deliverable is to provide the consortium with both effective procedures and defined responsibilities to ensure high-quality delivery of the project outputs and to face risks that could affect the project quality, timing, costs and scope. The Risk Management Register – in its version updated at the time of writing this deliverable, i.e. Month 2 of the project – is an integral part of this document.
The document reports some key project management elements (e.g. the management structure, management procedures, etc.), which have been set in the project’s Grant and Consortium Agreements, to provide a complete overview of the management of the project.
