First ICT-48 Community Workshop

On 30 June 2021, from 9 am to 1 pm, the VISION Project team is organising the first ICT-48 Community Workshop – online in ZOOM and GatherTown. It is aimed for exchange of ideas and experience while sharing interest collaboration for cross-network activities.

The goal is to identify opportunities for synergies and foster collaborations within the NoEs and the whole ICT-48 ecosystem. There will be room to exchange ideas and experiences, as well as to share information related to cross-network activities. These aspects are of high importance to the European Commission and to the success of AI in Europe.

The event is reserved mainly for the representatives and partner institutions involved in the following networks and projects: ICT-48, AI4EU, ICT-49, ICT-38, ADRA, BDVA, CLAIRE, ELLIS, EurAI, euRobotics, and the European Commission.

The workshop is a follow-up of the public European Vision for AI 2021 Event that was held on 22 April 2021 and is specifically geared towards the ICT-48 NoEs. The workshop is a joined effort of the VISION Team in collaboration with the Coordinator at Leiden University and the Communications & Outreach Team lead by the CIIRC CTU.
Organisers invited each of the NoEs to nominate a few participants for the workshop. Participants are expected to work on or actively contribute to the cross-network activities and discussions in parallel sessions.
